All items listed on our website are available both in-store and for shipping. We do our very best to keep our online inventory accurate; however, items may occasionally sell out before we are able to update the website.

In the unlikely event that an item you purchased is no longer available for immediate shipping, we will notify you by email with specific details and available options. We will never substitute an item without your direct confirmation.


Shipping


We offer shipping to United States addresses only.
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible (generally 24 - 48 hours), and tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed.

Shiny Objects is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control once a package has been accepted by the carrier.


Pricing & Typographical Errors


While we work hard to ensure accuracy, occasional typographical errors or pricing mistakes may occur. In the event of an error—such as an incorrect price, description, or availability—we reserve the right to correct it. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you with options before proceeding.


Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Shiny Objects!

Jewelry purchased online may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Certain items—such as retired designs or sale items—may be final sale.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the shipping charge for any replacement item that is sent out.  In cases of a refund, shipping charges are not refunded.  Shiny Objects reserves the right to deduct actual shipping charges from any refund.

In cases of defects, damages, or errors, Shiny Objects will cover shipping costs associated with returning the item and sending a replacement. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of a defective, damaged or incorrect item - prior to returning the item to us - so that we may assist you with the most effective method of return shipping.
